Job Description

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Structural Methods Agent (m/f) to join our configuration methods team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work closely with engineering, quality and production teams.

You will be part of the configuration methods team responsible for implementing design solutions, resolving assembly line issues and improving product quality.

The team is organized to promote cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous way, supporting one another and learning collectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for structural installations.
• Respond to technical requests.
• Incorporate design changes.
• Sign and approve engineering design changes.
• Create COS (conditions of supply).
• Perform corrections and workbook modifications.
• Create tooling orders.

Requirements

• DEC or Bachelor's degree specialized in aeronautics (construction, maintenance) or mechanical engineering from a recognized institution (Cégep or university).
• 5 years of experience in aerospace or a related field.
• Good command of French and English, spoken and written.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Resourceful, autonomous and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good judgment and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to lead work sessions and workshops.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5, SAP and Google Suite.
