Job Description

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a structural methods agent (m/f) to join our configuration methods team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the engineering, quality, and production teams.

You will be part of the configuration methods team responsible for implementing design solutions, resolving assembly line issues, and improving product quality.

The team's organization is established to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

You will be:

  • Responsible for structural installations.
  • Responding to technical requests;
  • Incorporating design changes;
  • Signing and approving ENG design changes;
  • Creating COS (supply condition);
  • Performing folder corrections and modifications;
  • Creating tool orders.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • You have completed a DEC or BAC specializing in aeronautics (construction, maintenance), in mechanical engineering from a recognized educational institution (CEGEP or university);
  • You have 5 years of experience in aeronautics or a related field;
  • You have a good level of spoken and written French and English;
  • You have good organizational and planning skills;
  • You are resourceful, autonomous, and have good problem-solving skills;
  • You have good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team;
  • You have experience in project management;
  • You have the ability to facilitate workshop sessions.
  • You have a mastery of Catia V5, SAP, and Google Suite software.
