Responsibilities
- Client Relationship and Data Management: Establish and maintain trusting relationships with airlines regarding the management of their parts.
- Analyze data provided by internal departments to identify and correct inconsistencies before transmission to clients.
- Update and communicate BFE parts lists to clients in line with parts supply deadlines.
- Confirm good receipt of their parts to clients.
- Logistical Coordination and Risk Management: Collaborate closely with the logistics team to anticipate delivery delay risks and develop mitigation measures.
- Provide support to the logistics team in closing non-conformities.
- Manage escalations from the assembly line related to delivery delays that could directly compromise the production chain.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in local and transnational improvement projects.
Desired profile
- Diploma: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics.
- Expertise in aeronautical logistics: Mastery of processes, quality standards, traceability and supplier management.
- Stakeholder management: Experience in managing client expectations and coordinating with internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality) and suppliers.
- Data analysis: Ability to use ERP data and dashboards to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Leadership and problem-solving: Ability to mobilize teams, manage priorities and effectively resolve critical situations.
- Negotiation: Strong skills to influence suppliers and ensure prioritization of critical deliveries.
- Mobility: Availability for national and international travel (less than 5%).
