Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship and Data Management: Establish and maintain trusting relationships with airlines regarding their part management.
- Analyze data provided by internal departments to identify and correct inconsistencies before transmission to clients.
- Update and communicate BFE part lists to clients in alignment with part supply lead times.
- Confirm safe receipt of parts to clients.
- Logistics Coordination and Risk Management: Work closely with the logistics team to anticipate delivery delay risks and develop mitigation measures.
- Provide support to the logistics team in closing non-conformities.
- Manage escalations from the assembly line regarding delivery delays that could directly compromise the production chain.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in local and transnational improvement projects.
Profile Sought
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics.
- Aerospace logistics expertise: Mastery of processes, quality standards, traceability, and supplier management.
- Stakeholder management: Experience in managing customer expectations and coordinating with internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality) and suppliers.
- Data analysis: Ability to leverage ERP data and dashboards to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Leadership and problem-solving: Ability to mobilize teams, manage priorities, and effectively resolve critical situations.
- Negotiation: Strong skills to influence suppliers and ensure prioritization of critical deliveries.
- Mobility: Availability for domestic and international travel (less than 5%).
