Assembly Quality Agent

EXPLEO GROUP CANADA is looking for an Assembly Quality Agent to join our team in Mirabel, QC. 

• Location: Mirabel, Quebec

• Work arrangement: On-site

• Mandate duration: 1 year, renewable.

• Compensation: CAD $36 to $42 per hour for employees, or CAD $45 to $52 per hour for contractors. The applicable compensation will be determined based on various criteria, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.

About the Role:

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of aircraft parts and assemblies through visual, dimensional, and geometric inspections. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, knowledge of measurement tools, and the ability to support production with metrology and quality-related expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect parts. Perform controls (dimensional, geometric, physical, etc.) to demonstrate product compliance with specifications.

• Write parts inspection reports.

• Write reports of non-compliance when necessary.

• Make sure to use calibrated measuring instruments.

• Calibrate measuring instruments when required.

• Offer technical support in metrology to production.

Qualifications:

• Validation of measurement and assembly compliance.

• Precision and analysis.

• Communication in English, French (an asset).

• Knowledge of measurement tools and means.

• Computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).

• General knowledge of the product.
