The reception operator (Goods receipt operator) manages one or more of the following activities:
- Verify that the received product conforms to the one ordered.
- Verify the consistency between the product, the delivery documentation, the order initially sent to the supplier, and the associated data.
- Visually verify part and serial numbers, as well as quantity and/or batch numbers.
- Verify the general condition of the product.
- Verify the presence, accuracy, and completeness of what was ordered based on the delivery documentation.
- Carry out the reception registration, record the necessary information, and manage part needs.
- Prepare the product reception file for archiving (includes the delivery documentation for said products).
This job requires conscientiousness regarding potential non-compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, this being the foundation of the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
