Job Description:

The goods receipt operator manages one or more of the following activities:

• Verify that the product received conforms to the one ordered.
• Verify the consistency between the product, delivery documentation, initial order placed to the supplier, and associated data.
• Visually verify part and serial numbers as well as quantity and/or lot numbers.
• Verify the general condition of the product.
• Verify the presence, accuracy, and completeness of what was ordered based on delivery documentation.
• Record the receipt, log necessary information, and manage parts requirements.
• Prepare the product receipt file for archiving (including delivery documentation for said products).

This job requires being conscientious of potential non-compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, this being the foundation of the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
