What are your contributions to the team?

Analysis and management of quality issues (supplier, internal, inter-site)
Generate reports and presentations for management, upon request
Lead the resolution of simple to moderately complex technical problems involving multiple functions
Audit areas according to established schedules
Influence stakeholders across various projects to ensure site compliance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives

How to thrive in this role?

You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalent
You have seven (7) years of experience in Quality operations
You possess good knowledge of the Quality systems and the requirements of Transport Canada
You possess an excellent understanding of the Transport Canada regulatory policies
You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Project
You must be team oriented, autonomous, responsible and reliable
You must be well organized and at ease to plan and prioritize your work
You have excellent communications skills in French and English
You are available to occasionally work on evenings and weekends when required
