As an SAP Business Analyst at Rheinmetall Canada, your mandate will be to ensure the proper functioning of information systems for the company's organizational sectors such as finance, sales, supply chains and operations, logistics, quality, and human resources (modules: MM, WM, PS, QM, FICO, HR, SD). The analyst will be responsible for supporting users as well as SAP improvement projects to optimize the company's business processes.

Here will be your main responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and improve existing SAP solutions.
• Provide user support and investigate incidents reported by them in order to resolve them.
• Accompany clients in defining their needs and issues.
• Work closely with programmers responsible for application developments and improvements.
• Perform testing, document the resolution, and communicate changes to users.
• Assist super-users in preparing and maintaining procedure training guides and instructions.
• Accompany clients in change management by providing functional support during deployments.
• Manage licenses and administer access security for the SAP enterprise resource planning software.
• Manage transport orders between development, quality assurance, and production environments.
• Develop and update reports according to user needs, and update system documentation.

What qualifications you should have

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or a bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in critical application administration.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience related to various SAP logistics modules (MM, WM, SD, PM, QM).
• Have worked in the ECC6 environment.
• Have extensive hands-on experience in various implementation projects and/or support environments.
• Have a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, and the ability to properly understand and identify the needs of our internal clientele, and effectively explain complex technical concepts.

Assets

• Have acquired experience with SAP S/4 HANA (ECC to S/4 migration an asset)
