This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed in hybrid.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager, Senior Analyst and Business Units to accurately process all requests in accordance with existing processes.
  • Respond to requests from employees, managers, or government authorities.
  • Support analysts when implementing system changes.
  • Perform various pay adjustments and calculations.
  • Contribute to HR Services process improvement activities, such as understanding customer needs, analyzing processes, and recommending improvements.
  • Provide team support for services such as reporting and special projects.
  • Report any system malfunctions.
  • Support the project team during year-end activities and production of tax slips.

What do you need to be successful?

  • 1–3 years' experience in payroll.
  • Knowledge of Global View by ADP or SAP.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with Excel.
  • Thorough knowledge of national and local payroll legislation.
  • DEC in administration or INP (Institut National de la Paie) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of the complete payroll cycle; comfortable working with tight deadlines.
  • Available for occasional overtime to support payroll operations.
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment and requires very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms daily, and to write and communicate with international customers, suppliers or colleagues.
