This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed in hybrid.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager, Senior Analyst and Business Units to accurately process all requests in accordance with existing processes.

  • Respond to requests from employees, managers, or government authorities.

  • Support analysts when implementing system changes.

  • Perform various pay adjustments and calculations.

  • Contribute to HR Services process improvement activities, such as understanding customer needs, analyzing processes, and recommending improvements.

  • Provide team support for services such as reporting and special projects.

  • Report any system malfunctions.

  • Support the project team in during year-end activities.

What do you need to be successful?

  • 1-3 years' experience in payroll

  • Knowledge of Global View by ADP or SAP

  • Analytical skills

  • Comfortable with Excel

  • Thorough knowledge of national and local payroll legislation

  • DEC in administration or INP (Institut National de la Paie) certification

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Understanding of the complete payroll cycle

  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines

  • Available for occasional overtime to support payroll operations

  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
