Job description

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Gather performance data from various sources and ensure their quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases, dashboards, and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress against company goals.
• Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, Power BI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of performance issues.
• Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, formulating data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
• Collaborate with different departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the development of forecasting models, the realization of scenario analyses, and the documentation of data processes.

Your profile:

• You possess relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement, or in a similar role.
• You master data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Skywise, Python, or R.
• You have knowledge of data warehouses, cloud analytics, or performance management platforms.
• You possess solid skills in analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• You have the ability to communicate complex results in a clear and concise manner to different audiences.
• You are able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• You have experience in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and creating measurement frameworks.
