Job Description

In your duties, you will be required to:

• Collect performance data from various sources and ensure its quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Design, develop and maintain databases, dashboards and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against company objectives.
• Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, Power BI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies and root causes of performance problems.
• Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, formulating data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
• Collaborate with different departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the development of forecasting models, the realization of scenario analyzes and the documentation of data processes.

Your profile:

• You have relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement or a similar role.

• You have strong skills in analysis, problem solving and root cause analysis.
