AI Solutions Analyst

You have experience in information systems project management, you have worked in the deployment of AI and machine learning projects and you want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!

We are looking for one (1) AI Solutions Analyst to join our Information Management (IM) team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with Digital Domain Managers, technical AI teams, and European IM teams.

You will be part of the AI and Analytics Product Service Line (PSL) team responsible for driving priority AI initiatives, from proof of concept (PoC) to industrialization, and managing the AI project portfolio in North America.

Your role as an AI Solutions Analyst will be to manage the end-to-end implementation of high-value AI solutions, serve as the lead coordinator for the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), and foster organizational adoption of these technologies.

Your challenges:

1) Delivery and industrialization of AI projects (from PoC to scale): 75%

• End-to-end delivery: Manage the end-to-end implementation, deployment, and industrialization of high-value AI solutions, with a particular focus on generative AI and agentic AI applications.
• Use case evaluation and selection: Lead the upstream ingestion pipeline for new AI ideas; review, qualify, and prioritize proposed AI use cases to select and recommend the right initiatives for the company to invest in.
• Methodology and milestone assurance (Gates): Apply the company's LBIP (Lifecycle Business Improvement Process) milestones and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) structures to ensure project quality, compliance, and alignment with standards, from initialization through operations.
• Technical readiness: Ensure technical readiness by defining scope, deployment strategies, operational models, and structured transition plans.

2) AI portfolio and quality management: 15%

• Portfolio governance: Support the Head of Digital, AI, and Analytics Domain in maintaining an overview of all active and planned initiatives to track progress, control budgets, and report project health status to steering committees and senior management.
• Support and enablement of Project Managers (PM): Support and guide other domain project managers in AI-specific management activities, project controls, and technical governance standards.
• Quality assurance and review: Periodically review project plans, risk registers, and key deliverables from other project managers to ensure consistency of delivery and quality of execution.
• Cross-functional alignment: Act as the lead coordinator to guide specialized technical teams (data scientists, ML engineers, developers) and coordinate dependencies between multiple business branches.

3) AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and change management: 10%

• CoE Leadership: Lead and coordinate the activities of the North America AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to develop local skills and promote an AI-driven corporate culture.
• Training and awareness: Design, organize, and manage AI training programs, workshops, and upskilling sessions for technical teams and business partners.
• Ambassador (Champion) Network: Establish, develop, and nurture the AI ambassador network, aligning key business advocates and driving community-led adoption initiatives across all sites.
• User Enablement: Ensure organizational change management by overseeing the delivery of user manuals, documentation, and customized enablement strategies.

4) Additional responsibilities: 10%

Your profile:

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree or advanced professional certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe SPC/POPM).

Experience:

• Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise IM project management, with a preference for a technical background in data engineering or development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end execution of AI/ML projects, including leading PoCs, from initial data qualification to industrial-scale deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting an operational manager or portfolio manager, maintaining visibility and metric tracking across a multi-project program/portfolio.
  • Experience integrating and supporting the work of development teams and business analysts.
  • Proven experience supporting the design and execution of community of practice activities, such as a Center of Excellence (CoE), ambassador networks, or corporate training initiatives.
  • Strong familiarity with milestone-based enterprise structures and agile frameworks (SAFe/Scrum).
• Preferred:
  • Prior experience in high-tech, aerospace, manufacturing, or innovation environments.
  • Experience working with international teams and managing dependencies with the parent company (e.g., Europe-US coordination).
