What are your contributions to the team?
Establish strategies with the Director to achieve the quality team’s objectives
Participate in the development of master plans; act as the Leader and key resource for major team projects
Represent the quality team and participate in various production team initiatives
Define quality team workforce requirements by sector based on operational needs
Support Leaders in developing workforce strategies
Prepare monthly quality presentations for production sector reviews
Support new Leaders in developing their technical quality knowledge
Act as the point of contact to ensure strong coordination between Central Quality teams and the site
Monitor and take action on corrective actions raised at the sites
Serve as the quality point of contact for various daily site support needs
Perform trend analysis and propose improvements
Lead and facilitate problem-solving activities with different sites or internal stakeholders and ensure knowledge transfer
How to thrive in this role?
You possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the aerospace industry
You have 10 years of experience in aerospace, preferably in quality systems
You have a college-level education or equivalent experience
Your values and vision align with the company’s philosophy
You are proficient in both French and English
You have strong communication skills
You are able to work under tight deadlines
