They help strengthen measurement capabilities to support informed decisions regarding marketing investment, campaign planning, and optimization. They develop scalable measurement frameworks, advance experimentation practices, and generate insights to better understand performance levers, incremental impact, and investment opportunities.
Working closely with the marketing planning, media strategy, performance, revenue management, and finance teams, the person helps instill a data-driven decision-making culture. They address complex issues related to campaign effectiveness, incrementality, forecasting, demand generation, and budget allocation, while establishing reproducible processes and scalable tracking tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve marketing measurement frameworks for campaigns, audiences, channels, and business lines.
- Define comprehensive measurement plans (KPIs, success criteria, assumptions, incrementality) and ensure their integration from the campaign planning stage.
- Differentiate between platform-reported performance, attributed performance, and the actual incremental impact on business results.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define and execute the Test & Learn roadmap and structure hypotheses.
- Design and analyze experiments (geo-tests, control groups, pre/post analyses), including power analyses and lift detection.
- Apply statistical and causal inference methods to generate robust insights (lift, iROAS, confidence levels, limitations).
- Develop and use advanced analytical approaches, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), to optimize marketing investment allocation.
- Evaluate campaign performance and produce in-depth analyses on performance levers, customer behaviors, and demand trends.
- Design and improve dashboards, automate reports, and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Support forecasting (demand, bookings, campaign impact) and automate analyses using Python, SQL, and BI tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support decision-making and translate analyses into concrete recommendations.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, experimentation, or performance measurement in a multi-channel environment.
- Experience in developing measurement frameworks, designing experiments, and translating insights into business recommendations.
- Strong skills in applied statistics (regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, model validation, uncertainty interpretation).
- Expertise in experimentation and incrementality (control vs. exposed groups, geo-tests, bias, causal inference).
- Experience in forecasting (trends, seasonality, baseline vs. incremental) with tools such as ARIMA, SARIMAX, or Prophet.
- Experience with advanced approaches such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, or marketing contribution analysis.
- Excellent command of Python and SQL for analysis, automation, and data management.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
