The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Financial Analyst, Overhead to join our Finance team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work as a key business partner to operational managers.
You will be part of the FAL Mirabel Controlling team responsible for financial controlling, month-end closing entries, and Overhead analysis.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Financial Analyst, Overhead will be to lead the month-end process, act as BPC expert, and be the Business Partner for FAL A/B, Pre-FAL, Paint Shop, and ACJ.

Your challenges:
- Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries and compliance with deadlines;
- Manage, analyze, and communicate results related to Overhead, identifying variances against budgets;
- Act as the BPC system expert, ensuring data consolidation and providing user support;
- Act as a true Business Partner for FAL A/B, Pre-FAL, Paint Shop, and ACJ, guiding managers in developing their financial plans (Forecast and AOP);
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify resource optimization opportunities;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of closing processes and the team's financial dashboards.
Your profile:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
- Minimum level of five (5) years of professional experience in management accounting;
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP standard tools, with strong experience in BPC;
- Advanced level in French and English;
- High level of autonomy; Strong team player and Professional rigor.
