Position overview

As a systems analyst on the onsite Digital Technologies team in Longueuil, you will deliver IT solutions for Operations, focusing on Production, Assembly & Test and Plant Maintenance. You will engage with business stakeholders, third‑party vendors and subject matter experts to develop and deploy integrated solutions, leveraging technical expertise to propose solutions, troubleshoot complex issues and align with best practices and application architecture.

What your day to day will look like

  • Participate in the SAP S/4HANA digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.
  • Work with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities that streamline operations and drive business benefits.
  • Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications.
  • Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents.
  • Work in cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Operations and other enterprise applications.
  • Lead or participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment on vision, scope, schedule and budget.
  • Identify, evaluate and implement continuous improvement opportunities enabled by standard application configurations.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to post go‑live support teams.
  • Available and able to travel based on business/project needs.

What you need to be successful

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and 5+ years of IT experience including customer‑facing roles, requirements gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, support and project delivery; or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of SAP configuration experience in the Production Planning module (SAP S/4 experience desired).
  • Strong communication, facilitation and analytical skills.
  • Project management skillset.

Preferred qualifications

  • SAP PP certification (ECC/S4).
  • Working knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or other modules.
  • Strong technical experience in a complex SAP landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership in process improvement initiatives and ability to implement cross‑organizational processes.
  • Experience with scaled agile practices, program debugging and BTP/MES.

This role is part of a French‑speaking work environment but requires a very good knowledge of English to read technical documentation and to communicate with international stakeholders.

The role is designated as 'onsite' with regular in‑person work at our Longueuil, Quebec premises.
