We are looking for a Modernization Management Analyst to join our In-Service Modernization Operations team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with cross-functional teams.

You will be part of the In-Service Modernization Operations team responsible for providing efficient and reliable solutions for the in-service fleet on standard service bulletins and tracking based on economic reasons or difficult supply chain.

Your role as a Modernization Management Analyst will be to manage stock provision requests (eRSP) for spare parts requests for the A220 program, in addition to supporting and/or leading process improvement and automation. In addition, be the expert on data management for the In-Service Modernization Operations team, produce key performance indicators, dashboards and reports to suggest, drive improvements to help the team improve their performance.

Your challenges:

  • Prepare, launch and track eRSP in accordance with program/client objectives (schedule, cost and quality):
    • Collect and test applicant eRSP inputs;
    • Present and ensure eRSP validation;
    • Monitor eRSP and ensure material receipt, consumption after eRSP validation;
    • Manage any deviation on performance and eRSP turnover rate: analyze material/inbound/outbound orders, corrective actions on PO/eRSP characteristics, etc.;
    • Prepare eRSP for closure and participate in the closing meeting;
  • Develop, manage and improve governance tools (Daily, weekly and monthly visual governance);
  • Propose and develop automatic governance tools (with minimum manual involvement);
  • Prepare and investigate data for analysis, learning and other applications needs in collaboration with required stakeholders;
  • Develop and formulate recommendations, implement and monitor action plans to improve performance. Produce executive presentations to demonstrate improvements;
  • Support team governance.
