You will report to the manager and work closely with HR, IT, and Operations partners to deliver a service that employees can rely on every day. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively in a hybrid work model.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring fast, accurate, and empathetic resolution of inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and case management.
  • Act as an ambassador of our service culture, positively influencing interactions and contributing to the enhancement of the overall employee experience.
  • Use and optimize multiple HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, etc.) to respond to inquiries, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Interpret and clearly explain HR policies and business processes while identifying opportunities for simplification or automation.
  • Document, analyze, and escalate complex cases using a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Service Center by identifying pain points, recommending optimization opportunities, and supporting the implementation of sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Operations teams to support the evolution of the service delivery model and the expansion of services offered.
  • Contribute to special projects related to HR transformation, employee experience, or operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and submit recommendations to improve processes.

What do you need to be successful?

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience in an HR shared service center
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or operational support
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, data analysis skills, and sound decision-making
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary partners
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with MS Office and comfort working with HR systems

Assets

  • Experience in an HR shared services environment
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, ADP Global View or SAP
  • Skills in continuous improvement
  • Experience in process optimization, automation, or operational transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze trends, produce reports, and formulate strategic recommendations

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
