The Analyst - Corporate Programs reports directly to the Head of Corporate Programs and Pricing. The role performs accurate analyses to help develop corporate pricing strategies and forecast contracts to increase revenue, protect market share and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement current corporate data collection processes, ensuring the integrity and assessment of data from new reservation, ticketing and flight systems.
  • Develop pricing and processes for all corporate sales in North America and internationally in Salesforce, and manage corporate data sources including Power BI, Salesforce Corporate Insight and CONGA Insight reports.
  • Report on the progressive development of CONGA Smart CPQ and new enterprise solutions, and provide support.
  • Collaborate with the strategic projects manager to optimize corporate revenue and grow business activities.
  • Implement corporate contracts and pricing initiatives for network-wide joint venture accounts to preserve and grow revenue.
  • Monitor, analyze and respond to competitive discounting initiatives to meet Corporate Sales objectives.
  • Develop in-depth analytical strategies for Corporate Sales leaders and produce ad-hoc reports for senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Modify existing contract structures and cost strategies to generate additional revenue.
  • Coordinate with Air Canada's Revenue Management and other joint venture contract teams to establish market reductions and joint strategies.
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with the Corporate Programs implementation team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience. Studies in mathematics, economics or statistics are an asset.
  • At least two years of sales management experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent ability to analyze complex data and industry information.
  • Reliability, strong team spirit and supervisory capabilities.
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking to recommend and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver quality results on schedule.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) when interacting with internal and external partners. Teamwork is essential.
  • Skilled in quality control and validation of facts, figures and feedback.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign or other CRM tools.
  • Experience in the airline industry is an asset.

Conditions of employment
