Job Description

Do you have experience in Engineering, Project Management or Quality, have you worked in aerospace and want to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work closely with other Quality teams.

You will be part of the Quality Improvement team responsible for / which develops cross-program solutions to problems. The team's organization is established to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Your role as a Quality Analyst will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line to reduce/eliminate them.

Your challenges:

• Analyze non-conformities;

• Perform problem resolutions (PPS);

• Participate in and prepare governance meetings;

• Solve problems;

• Group facilitation;

• Communications management;

• Project management.

Requirements

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or another related field;

• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the manufacturing industry, in aeronautics, in project management, or other related experience;

• You are creative and have the ability to think outside the box;

• You have a high level of autonomy and motivation (you will, however, be supported by a department tutor);

• You have good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude;

• You have the ability to organize yourself autonomously.
