Quality Analyst

You have experience in Engineering, Project Management or Quality, you have worked in aerospace and you want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work closely with the other Quality teams.

You will be part of the Quality Improvement team responsible for / developing cross-functional solutions to program problems.

The team organization is established in order to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Quality Analyst will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line in order to reduce/eliminate them.

Your challenges:

• Perform problem solving (PPS);
• Participate and prepare governance;
• Solve problems;
• Group facilitation;
• Communications management;
• Project management.

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or other related field;
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the manufacturing industry, aerospace, project management or other related experience;
• You are creative and have the ability to think outside the box;
• You have a high level of autonomy and motivation (you will however be supported by a tutor from the department);
• You have good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude;
• You have the ability to organize yourself autonomously.
