Do you have experience in Engineering, Project Management or Quality, have you worked in aerospace and want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!

You will be part of the Quality Improvement team that develops cross-functional solutions to problems in the A220 program.

Your role as a Quality Analyst will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line in order to reduce/eliminate them.

Anticipated start date: June 15, 2026

Full-time / day shift employment

Responsibilities

  • Perform problem resolutions (PPS);
  • Participate in and prepare for governance meetings;
  • Resolve problems;
  • Group facilitation;
  • Communication management;
  • Project management.

Skills and qualifications

  • You have at least a professional studies diploma in aeronautics specializing in engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the quality field;
  • Mastery of inspection techniques;
  • Very good knowledge of technical specifications in the aeronautical field;
  • Knowledge of aeronautical standards (BAPS, AIPI etc);
  • Sharp mind and developed attention to detail;
  • Bilingualism (French - English) orally and in writing is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and technical documentation.
