Our Airbus Atlantique site based in Mirabel is looking for its future: Operations Quality Analyst

Job Summary

The Operations Quality Analyst must ensure the analysis of non-conformities in the factory, of Human, Technical and Supplier nature, to provide clear visibility and allow operations to take targeted actions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of quality review with operations

  • Organize inspections of the A220 and G7500 production lines with the development and updating of a robust control plan and discuss with the operations quality teams to implement it

  • Monitor the progress of corrective actions on non-conforming products via non-quality convergence plans

  • Ensure visibility of the various actions in progress (PowerPoint presentation)

  • Ensure good communication with the customer for the management of exported Non-Quality

  • Analyze and process customer complaints concerning assembly anomalies identified by the customer on their site

  • Investigate accountability for raised anomalies

  • Support the Airbus/Bombardier customer during technical analysis related to non-quality or during improvement activities

  • Lead Customer Returns, Derogations, DL, etc. convergence plans

  • Participate in the implementation of quality approaches such as the establishment of the Quality Box, line-side workshops, AQP/AQL approaches

  • Comply with quality management system processes

  • Collaborate with partners and customers to achieve objectives

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Possess a technical DEC or relevant experience in aeronautical Quality.

  • Have 5 years of relevant technical experience

  • Be familiar with quality problem-solving methods

  • Be familiar with the manufacturing methods of the different parts used in the assembly of aeronautical structures

  • Know the assembly methods used in the aeronautical sector

  • Be bilingual French/English

  • Have project management skills

  • Master the Office Suite

  • Hold Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset

  • Be familiar with the EN/AS9100 standard

  • Strong problem-solving ability (5Why, PPSMax, 8D...)
