Quality Analyst

The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the monitoring and improvement of product and process quality in an aeronautical environment. They analyze non-conformities, coordinate problem-solving activities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze non-conformities
• Perform problem-solving (PPS);
• Participate in and prepare governances;
• Solve problems;
• Group facilitation;
• Communications management;
• Project management.

Your Profile:

• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or another related field;
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the manufacturing industry, aeronautics, project management, or other related experience;
• You are creative and have the ability to think outside the box;
• You have a high level of autonomy and motivation (you will, however, be supported by a department mentor);
• You have good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude;
• You have the ability to organize yourself autonomously.
