The Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring and improving product and process quality in an aeronautical environment. They analyze non-conformances, coordinate problem-solving activities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities
- Analyze non-conformances
- Perform problem-solving (PPS);
- Participate in and prepare governance;
- Solve problems;

- Project management.
Your Profile:
- You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or another related field;
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the manufacturing industry, aeronautics, project management, or other related experience;
- You are creative and have the ability to think outside the box;
- You have a high level of autonomy and motivation (you will nevertheless be supported by a department tutor);
- You have good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude;
- You have the ability to organize yourself autonomously.
