Quality Analyst

AAA Canada is looking for a Quality Analyst to contribute to non-conformance analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement. You will play a key role in coordinating quality initiatives, project management, and collaborating with various teams to ensure performance and quality objectives are met.

Your daily challenges

As a member of our team, you will be called upon to contribute to the continuous improvement of operations and problem resolution within the manufacturing environment. More specifically, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Analyze non-conformances and contribute to the implementation of corrective solutions;
• Carry out problem-solving approaches (PPS);
• Prepare and participate in governance meetings;
• Identify issues, analyze situations, and propose adapted solutions;
• Host and facilitate group meetings;
• Ensure the management and coordination of communications with various stakeholders;
• Participate in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects.

The desired profile

• Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field;
• Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in the aerospace sector, project management, or a related field;
• Demonstrate creativity and be able to propose innovative ideas;
• Demonstrate an excellent sense of autonomy, initiative, and motivation;
• Possess strong communication skills and an open and proactive attitude;
• Be able to plan, organize, and manage priorities autonomously.
