Quality Analyst.
Job Summary
The Quality Analyst must ensure the analysis of non-conformities of Human, Technical and Supplier nature to provide clear visibility and allow operations to take targeted actions.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the implementation of quality review with operations;
• Organize inspections of A220 and G7500 production lines with the development and update of a robust control plan and exchange with quality operations teams to implement it;
• Monitor the progress of corrective actions on non-conforming products via non-quality convergence plans;
• Ensure visibility of ongoing actions (PowerPoint presentation);
• Ensure good communication with the client for managing exported Non-Quality;
• Analyze and handle customer complaints regarding assembly anomalies identified by the client on their site;
• Investigate the accountability of raised anomalies;
• Support Airbus/Bombardier client during technical analysis related to non-quality or improvement activities;
• Lead convergence plans for Customer Returns, Deviations, DL;
• Participate in the implementation of quality approaches such as the "Quality Box", line-side workshops, AQP/AQL approaches;
• Comply with quality management system processes;
• Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve objectives.
Profile sought
Academic background: Hold a technical DEC or relevant experience in Aeronautical Quality.
Experience: 5 years of technical experience required.
Specific requirements:
• Be familiar with quality problem-solving methods;
• Be familiar with manufacturing methods of various parts used in aeronautical structure assembly;
• Know assembly methods used in the aeronautical sector;
• Be bilingual French/English;
• Have project management skills;
• Master Office Suite;
• Holding Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset;
• Be familiar with EN/AS9100 standard;
• Strong problem-solving skills (5Why, PPSMax, 8D).
