Job Description

Do you have experience in engineering, project management or quality, have worked in aerospace and want to grow and develop new skills? This role is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work closely with other Quality teams.

You will be part of the Quality Improvement team responsible for developing cross-cutting solutions to program issues. The team's organization is designed to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting one another and learning collectively.

As a Quality Analyst, your role will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line in order to reduce or eliminate them.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze non-conformities
  • Carry out problem-solving (PPS)
  • Participate in and prepare governance meetings
  • Solve problems
  • Facilitate group sessions
  • Manage communications
  • Project management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or other related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the manufacturing industry, aerospace, project management or other related experience
  • Creative and able to think originally
  • High level of autonomy and motivation (you will be supported by a departmental mentor)
  • Good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude
  • Ability to organize yourself independently
