Job Description
Do you have experience in non-quality management, have you worked in aeronautics and/or in a manufacturing environment and want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!
The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Supplier Compliance Quality Analyst (m/f) to join our supplier compliance management team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work in conjunction with the operations and procurement teams.
You will be part of the supplier compliance team responsible for ensuring adherence to quality requirements and validating supplier issues raised by our operations.
The team's organization is structured to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.
Your role as a Supplier Compliance Quality Analyst will be to take the necessary contingency actions with our suppliers to protect operations from external non-quality while ensuring excellent collaboration with internal teams to better define the issues encountered in the production line.
Your challenges:
- Influence and facilitate communications between internal and external stakeholders
- Be a change agent to promote a culture of quality throughout the company
- Must investigate and identify future risks
- Be responsible for synthesizing simple to complex situations in order to present them to different levels of management
- Must communicate and work with different cultures located in different countries
- Be an Airbus representative to A220 suppliers
Requirements
Your profile:
- You hold a DEC in engineering or aeronautics with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent
- You are bilingual
- You have knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA)
- You have strong problem-solving experience
- You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- You have an analytical mind and an ability to effectively solve problems
- You demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and the ability to work in a team
- You are flexible to communicate with certain suppliers in a different time zone
- You have a good work structure to be effective in your work organization
- You have a strong ability to synthesize and document information
This position may involve professional travel (worldwide).
Possibility of on-call duty during weekends and/or vacation periods.
