We are looking for a Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation Analyst (m/f) to join the Quality Assurance team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will coordinate, define, and authorize major change and continuous improvement projects regarding documentation and processes.
You will be part of the QMS Quality Assurance team responsible for managing regulatory and non-regulatory QMS documentation and processes, coordinating and managing the document modification process, ensuring QMS consistency, and ensuring document compliance with regulations throughout the company.
Your role as a QMS documentation analyst will be to actively support cross-functional teams in their continuous improvement of operational processes, conduct analyses related to inefficiency causes, risks, and change impacts, and manage and maintain the objectives, intentions, and integrity of documentation throughout its lifecycle.
Your challenges:
- Manage cross-functional process improvement and integration projects (project management lifecycle);
- Analyze process inefficiency and/or failure causes, operational risks, and their potential impacts;
- Perform gemba walks to understand the situation;
- Work with a cross-functional team to develop and test process improvement solutions and their potential control plans;
- Make recommendations and reinforce requirements from various sources to contribute to decision-making;
- Facilitate process mapping, document drafting, as well as change management planning and execution;
- Manage authorization flows and document publication;
- Ensure the quality of the work carried out across all projects.
Your profile:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in document management
- You master process mapping and drafting;
- You are competent in continuous improvement;
- You are skilled at communicating at all levels of the organization and functions;
- You demonstrate strong rational thinking abilities (formal or informal);
- You are autonomous and demonstrate strong leadership skills;
- You have a strong team spirit;
- You show innovation and vision;
- You demonstrate strong decision-making skills;
- You are skilled at influencing and mobilizing others;
- You possess experience in problem-solving methodology and tools;
- You are bilingual (written and spoken French and English);
- You are competent in project management and change management;
- Knowledge in aeronautics (asset)
- Knowledge of the Google suite
