As part of your duties, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement and process integration projects involving multiple sectors of the organization. You will help optimize operational practices, strengthen process control, and ensure document quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage process improvement and integration projects by coordinating the various stages of the project lifecycle, from initial analysis to solution implementation.
  • Analyze operational processes to identify sources of inefficiency, potential failures, operational risks, and their impact on activities.
  • Conduct direct observations in the field to understand existing practices, identify challenges, and validate team needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, test, and implement process improvement solutions, as well as the control mechanisms necessary for their sustainability.
  • Formulate structured recommendations and consolidate requirements from various sources to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate process mapping and formalization, particularly through the drafting, updating, and standardization of documentation.
  • Support change management by contributing to transition planning, communication of changes, and their implementation among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate approval circuits and document publication, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and requirements.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables throughout projects, respecting established standards and improvement objectives.

Profile Sought

We are looking for a structured, autonomous, and collaborative person with relevant experience in document management, continuous improvement, and process management.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in document management
  • You master process mapping and drafting;
  • You are competent in continuous improvement;
  • You are skilled at communicating at all levels of the organization and functions;
  • You demonstrate strong rational thinking capabilities (formal or informal);
  • You are autonomous and demonstrate strong leadership skills;
  • You have a strong team spirit;
  • You show innovation and vision;
  • You demonstrate solid decision-making skills;
  • You are skilled at influencing and mobilizing others;
  • You possess experience in problem-solving methodology and tools;
  • You are bilingual (written and spoken French and English);
  • You are competent in project management and change management;
  • Knowledge in aeronautics (asset)
  • Knowledge of the Google Suite
