Job Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for processing quality issues, whether internal or in the quality assurance department. They work in collaboration with key stakeholders: engineering, methods, control and purchasing.

• Take charge of monitoring non-conformities and "Corrective Action Requests";
• Investigate, analyze non-conformities issued internally (factory) and externally (suppliers)
• Ensure compliance with the "5 Why" process for non-conformities
• Issue DACs, ensure follow-up of action plans
• Distribute the "DAC" and "5P" activity report on a monthly basis
• Take charge of supplier quality evaluation;
• Take charge of the analysis and dissemination of changes in customer specifications;
• Takes charge of stamping activities;
• Control archives;
• Participate in processing actions issued following client quality audits;
• Carry out tasks in compliance with the company's vision, doctrine and code of ethics;
• Apply and comply with safety rules at all times;
• Apply and comply with the rules of our policy and our quality system;

Authority (decision-making power)

• Dissemination of Quality System documents
• Triggers corrective and preventive actions within the framework of the IMS
• Stop production if a risk of non-conformity is detected. The final decision will be taken by the site quality director.
• Suspend an operator qualification.
• Duty to alert and escalate to the Site Quality Director in the event of a safety problem (product or human);

Your profile:

• College diploma in aeronautics, mechanics or a related field;
• Experience in quality assurance or in an aerospace manufacturing environment;
• Experience with ISO9001 or AS9100 quality standards would be an asset;
• Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Demonstrates knowledge of machining and assembly techniques;
• Leadership in leading multi-trade teams;
• Be factual, precise, concise and rigorous in preparing reports;
• Ability to follow several subjects in parallel;
• Curious, Interpersonal skills, Meticulous, Versatile,
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
