Operations Quality Analyst

Job Description:

The Quality Analyst must ensure the analysis of Human, Technical, and Supplier non-conformities to provide clear visibility and enable operations to take targeted actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of quality reviews with operations.
• Organize inspections of the A220 and G7500 production lines with the development and updating of a robust control plan and discuss with operations quality teams to implement it.
• Monitor the progress of corrective actions on non-conforming products via non-quality convergence plans.
• Ensure visibility of the various ongoing actions (PowerPoint presentation).
• Ensure good communication with the customer for the management of exported non-quality.
• Analyze and process customer complaints regarding assembly anomalies identified by the customer at their site.
• Investigate the imputability of raised anomalies.
• Support the Airbus/Bombardier customer during technical analysis related to non-quality or improvement activities.
• Manage Customer Return, Waiver, and DL convergence plans.
• Participate in the implementation of quality approaches such as the Quality Box, line-edge workstations, and AQP/AQL approaches.
• Comply with quality management system processes.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve objectives.

PROFILE SOUGHT
Academic background: Possess a technical DEC or relevant experience in aeronautical Quality.
Experience: 5 years of technical experience required.

Special Requirements:

• Be familiar with quality problem-solving methods
• Be familiar with the manufacturing methods of various parts used in the assembly of aeronautical structures
• Know the assembly methods used in the aeronautical sector
• Be bilingual in French/English
• Have project management skills
• Master the Office Suite
• Holding a Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset
• Be familiar with the EN/AS9100 standard
• Strong problem-solving ability (5Why, PPSMax, 8D...)
