Operations Quality Analyst

Job Description:

The Quality Analyst must ensure the analysis of non-conformities of a Human, Technical, and Supplier nature to provide clear visibility and enable operations to implement targeted actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of quality reviews with operations.
• Organize inspections of the A220 and G7500 production lines with the development and updating of a robust control plan and liaise with operations quality teams to implement it.
• Monitor the progress of corrective actions on non-compliant products via non-quality convergence plans.
• Ensure visibility of various ongoing actions (PowerPoint presentation).
• Ensure good communication with the customer for the management of exported Non-Quality.
• Analyze and process customer complaints regarding assembly anomalies identified by the customer at their site.
• Investigate the accountability of raised anomalies.
• Support the Airbus/Bombardier customer during technical analysis related to non-quality or improvement activities.
• Drive convergence plans for Customer Returns, Waivers, DL, etc.
• Participate in the implementation of quality approaches such as setting up the Quality Box, line-side workshops, AQP/AQL approaches.
• Comply with quality management system processes.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve objectives.

REQUIRED PROFILE
Academic background: Hold a technical DEC or relevant experience in aerospace Quality.
Experience: 5 years of technical experience is required.

Special Requirements:
• Be familiar with quality problem-solving methods
• Be familiar with the manufacturing methods of various parts used in the assembly of aeronautical structures
• Know the assembly methods used in the aeronautical sector
• Be bilingual French/English
• Have project management skills
• Master the Office Suite
• Holding a Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset
• Be familiar with the EN/AS9100 standard
• Strong problem-solving ability (5Why, PPSMax, 8D...)
