Job Description

In collaboration with the Head of Ancillary Revenue, the incumbent contributes to the monitoring and analysis of ancillary product performance. They support the team in producing analyses, reports, and recommendations to inform business decisions. This is a unique opportunity to gain concrete experience in revenue management within the airline industry.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of ancillary products, including seat selection, baggage, in-flight sales, and upgrades.
  • Update, maintain, and enhance dashboards and performance indicators.
  • Compile, validate, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce reports and summaries to support decision-making.
  • Monitor market practices and competitor strategies.
  • Participate in the preparation of presentations, analyses, and follow-up documents for stakeholders.
  • Formulate observations and recommendations, under supervision, aimed at optimizing ancillary revenue performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in data analysis, revenue management, and the commercial environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a curious mind.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to clearly present information.
  • Good proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or a data analysis tool is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated comfort with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Oral and written fluency in French and English*.

* A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will need to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
