Position Overview:
As a Level 2 PLM Enovia Systems Analyst, you will execute standard platform configurations, data tracking, and technical user support for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem. In this role, you will focus on managing document workflows, engineering change management paths, and data structures within Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE Enovia. Working under the guidance of our engineering and configuration leads, you will bridge the gap between aircraft subsystem design data and formal release controls to ensure technical traceability across the program life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day document flows, data maturity transitions, and access routing structures across all engineering disciplines in the 3DEXPERIENCE Enovia environment.
- Execute and track engineering configuration controls, facilitating the Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Change Action (ECA) workflows to log design updates seamlessly.
- Maintain and organize multi-tier Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOM) to ensure exact synchronization between 3D CAD master parts, specifications, and manufacturing revisions.
- Configure and support Enovia's project management and collaborative task monitoring features to align deliverable lifecycles with programmatic milestones.
- Administer variant configuration baselines and effectivity rules to manage non-conventional aircraft options and modular mission payload data sets.
- Provide dedicated, front-line technical support, user permissions administration, and system-use documentation to multi-disciplinary engineering specialists across the office.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience administering or heavily utilizing Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE Enovia platforms to govern product lifecycles or engineering databases.
- Hands-on knowledge of engineering change management practices, document retention models, and configuration baselines.
- Practical familiarity working alongside CAD environments (such as Catia V6) and tracking how data nodes map directly into enterprise PLM tables.
- Demonstrated history resolving data conflicts, updating permission access matrices, and maintaining multi-variant part structures.
- Strong technical communication habits necessary to guide floor and desktop engineering teams through strict data release procedures.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Standing and sitting for extended periods of time,
- Lifting up to 25 pounds in a safe and prudent manner,
- Ability to work and communicate well with other employees and management, customers, visitors, vendors.
- Ability to perform work utilizing manual dexterity of the hands,
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach above and below shoulders, and full use of upper extremities,
- Ability to easily move through an approximately 25,000 square foot warehouse building,
- Ability to read, write, and understand French,
- Correctable vision and hearing.

The compensation range for this position is:
75,000 - 100,000 CAD per year (Jaunt Air Mobility Canada)
