Main functions
- Retrieve and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems.
- Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Own reporting communication processes to ensure that each report is accurate and produced in a timely manner, with a high degree of customer orientation in resolving data discrepancies.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure and control reporting processes and benchmark them.
- Monitor existing indicators and develop new ones, and partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
- Support cross-functional teams in the daily execution of existing program implementation.
- Generate complex queries for in-depth review of process issues.
- Innovate to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience with Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, table functions, and Power Pivot) and data visualization tools such as Power BI;
- Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive business insights;
- Experience with SQL language for data extraction;
- Experience in formulating business recommendations and influencing stakeholders;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, mathematics, or statistics;
- At least three years of experience as a business analyst or data analyst, or in a similar role;
- Experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics;
- Understanding of data warehousing and modeling;
- Proficiency in a modeling language such as Python or R;
- Experience with one or more statistical modeling languages or toolkits;
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to foster overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
