SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop your skills as an apprentice by troubleshooting electrical systems or components, performing installations, modifications, and repairs related to aircraft avionics as requested by the client, with the support of experienced Avionics Technicians;
• Support licensed technicians during aircraft maintenance activities;
• Perform maintenance under the supervision of technicians;
• Interact and work jointly with personnel from other trades, management members, and client representatives during the execution of work to meet project directives;
• Participate in training courses as assigned;
• Maintain and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Working towards becoming a licensed "E" technician
• Previous experience in a related position as an apprentice is an asset;
• Experience working with corporate type aircraft is an asset;
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Detail-oriented;
• Have a positive attitude;
• Good teamwork spirit;
• Good communication skills.

EDUCATION:

In the process of completing a recognized program in aircraft maintenance technology, or the equivalent, is a minimum requirement.
