The position is located at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Build and implement DT solutions, aligned with the P&WC’s PLM roadmap, integrating major DT applications, such as Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience, Apriso, SAP, Solumina and home-made apps
  • Implement DT solutions in alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security standards, developing best practices and ensuring they are respected by 3rd party vendors and developers involved in the implementation of these digital solutions
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, SAFe team and support the Project Manager for implementation plan definition and execution
  • Create and document your Solution Architecture; present it to Architecture Review Boards; support the Project Manager to document Project Gate Review deliverables (cutover plan, cybersecurity scans and mitigations, test plan, sustainment plan)
  • Participate in developing a coherent PLM Software strategy within the PLM department
  • Leverage the Dev-Ops methodology to shorten the time to market of the PLM solutions

What do you need to be successful?

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Solution Architecture role or similar, ideally within a complex manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in Solution design, Software architecture, implementation and validation, with demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex architectures, produce clear technical recommendations, and effectively influence decisions across various stakeholders. Also, ability to analyze and translate complex business workflows into simple and efficient technical solutions
  • Proven experience in leading Developers, including offshore development teams
  • Proven experience integrating 3DEXPERIENCE with ERP and MES systems. 3DEXPERIENCE in-depth knowledge is essential. Knowledge of DELMIA is a strong asset, as well as knowledge of APRISO (MES). Knowledge of Teamcenter is welcome
  • Experience in working in Agile frameworks (SAFe) and with DevOps practices (Jira, Confluence, Github)
  • Knowledge in building/developing web applications with modern technologies is desired (Openshift container, Vue.js, Java, JavaScript, etc. or equivalent)
  • You are result-driven with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
