What will your day-to-day look like?

• Design and implement Digital Transformation (DT) solutions, in accordance with P&WC's PLM roadmap, by integrating key DT applications, such as 3DExperience, Apriso, SAP, Solumina, and internally developed applications
• Implement DT solutions in compliance with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards, by developing best practices and ensuring they are respected by third-party suppliers and developers
• Work closely with product owners, functional analysts, and the SAFe team, and support the project manager in defining and executing the project plan
• Create and document the solution architecture; present it to architecture review committees; support the project manager in documenting deliverables (deployment plan, cybersecurity analysis and mitigation measures, test plan, continuity plan)
• Participate in developing a coherent PLM software strategy within the PLM department
• Leverage the DevOps methodology to reduce deployment times for PLM solutions
• Work arrangements: This position is primarily remote, but requires availability to work on-site as needed to meet company needs.

What do you need to be successful?

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, combined with at least 10 years of experience in a solution architect role or equivalent, ideally within a complex manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in solution design, software architecture, implementation, and validation, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex architectures, formulate clear technical recommendations, and effectively influence decisions among various stakeholders
• Ability to analyze and translate complex business workflows into simple and efficient technical solutions
• Proven experience in leading developer teams, including off-shore development teams
• Proven experience in integrating 3DEXPERIENCE with ERP and MES systems. In-depth knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE is essential. Knowledge of DELMIA is a major asset, as is APRISO (MES). Knowledge of Teamcenter is an asset
• Experience working in Agile frameworks (SAFe) and with DevOps practices (Jira, Confluence, Github, etc.)
• Knowledge of the creation and development of web applications using modern technologies is desired (OpenShift containers, Vue.js, Java, JavaScript, etc. or equivalent)
• Strong results orientation and excellent communication and teamwork skills

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, nevertheless it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
