Assembler

We have several assembler positions available in the Montreal area.

The structural assembler is responsible for the assembly, disassembly, and mounting of truck structural components, while complying with quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Start date: August-September 2026

Responsibilities

• Execute all or part of the workflow, work completion, or assembly/disassembly of rolling equipment.
• Perform tasks according to internal documentation or documentation provided by the client.
• Report any irregularities.
• Know and apply the rules, procedures, and processes of these operations and know where to find them.
• Verify work compliance against generic and specific standards defined in technical work documentation.
• Know hygiene and safety rules, use personal protective equipment, and environmental protection facilities.
• Provide a work report.

Skills and Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have successfully completed Secondary 5 or hold a vocational diploma in a technical field.
• You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in Canada for at least 5 years, in order to meet the requirements of the Controlled Goods Program.
• You have excellent blueprint reading skills.
• You demonstrate dexterity.
• You have a quick mind and a developed attention to detail.
• You are a team player and proactive.
