Responsibilities
- Assembly and modification of electrical systems and their components;
- Installation and connection of electrical harnesses or other cables as well as their wires or terminations between the main units;
- Installation of electrical or electronic components on shelves or peripherals;
- Assembly, adjustment, and installation of prefabricated parts to create aircraft interior elements according to requirements and instructions;
- Assembly, adjustment, and installation of sub-assemblies, coverings, padded parts, metal supports, and hardware;
- Installation of production electrical harnesses and/or avionics systems and ensuring compliance;
- Wiring and cabling on panels;
- Several other functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
Profile Sought
- DEP in Cable and Circuit Assembly or DEC in Avionics Technology
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an aircraft electrical assembler or electrical harness assembler.
- Meticulousness and precision, good reflexes, ease of concentration, and attention to detail (high-precision component assembly or manufacturing);
- Analytical skills to quickly identify a defect or any other problem;
- Good manual skills and very good manual dexterity;
- Sense of responsibility (compliance of components and parts);
- Ability to work in a team (multidisciplinary team: mechanical assemblers, aircraft mechanics, other technicians, engineers, etc.);
- Ability to adapt to numerous technological changes.
