Main responsibilities

• Assemble and adjust prefabricated parts to build aircraft components either at a bench or directly on the aircraft structure.
• Assemble, adjust and install prefabricated parts or components such as skins and mechanical structural assemblies.
• Work from drawings, manufacturing routings and various sketches.
• Inspect the product using only controlled tooling and valid inspection equipment.
• Keep workstations clean and maintain assigned tools in good condition.
• Apply mastic products to various parts.
• Communicate work status and progress to the next shift team.
• Report any anomalies or issues that could hinder production to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure and keep internal and external deliverables up to date according to the company's Quality system standards and procedures.
• Perform tasks in accordance with the company's vision, doctrine and code of ethics.
• Apply and comply with safety rules at all times.
• Apply and comply with our quality policy and system rules.

Profile sought

• Vocational diploma in aircraft assembly and structures or equivalent.
• Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
• Plan reading skills.
• Good knowledge and use of measuring instruments.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Meticulous and respectful.
• Initiative.
