Main Responsibilities

  • Assemble and adjust prefabricated parts to create aircraft elements either at the bench or directly on an aircraft cell;
  • Assemble, adjust, and install prefabricated parts or elements such as coverings and mechanical structure assemblies;
  • Work from drawings, manufacturing routings, and various sketches;
  • Control the product using only controlled tooling and valid control material;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of workstations and the maintenance of assigned tools;
  • Apply sealant to various parts;
  • Transmit the status and progress of the work to the next shift team;
  • Inform the immediate supervisor of any anomalies or problems likely to hinder smooth production;
  • Ensure and maintain up-to-date internal and external deliverables while respecting the standards and procedures of the company Quality system;
  • Conduct tasks in compliance with the company vision, doctrine, and code of ethics;
  • Apply and comply with safety rules at all times;
  • Apply and comply with the rules of our policy and quality system.

Profile Sought

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies in aircraft assembly and structure or equivalent;
  • Fluency in French and English both orally and in writing;
  • Blueprint reading;
  • Good knowledge and use of measuring instruments;
  • Good manual dexterity;
  • Good sense of responsibility;
  • Meticulous and respectful;
  • Initiative.
