Job overview
As a successful candidate, you will be part of a team supporting engine maintenance, repair and overhaul. The role performs multiple technical support functions and requires cross-training across functions as directed.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Produce and review technical data and facilitate the flow of information related to aircraft engine repair, ensuring documentation is organized and completed per business and customer requirements.
- Update documentation and instructions for tools and equipment operated by the company.
- Participate in the company's continuous development skills program to ensure goals are attained.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent) to analyze and act on lists of various data.
- Good knowledge of Life Limited Parts, Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
- Ability to prepare technical work packages in line with customer requirements.
- Able to compile, review and produce quality/records documentation and processes.
Desired skills, qualifications and experience
- Experience in technical data, engine log book management, or engine MRO is an asset.
- Experience in engine purchasing or engine lease returns is an asset.
- Experience in history (back-to-birth) evaluation or technical writing is an asset.
