Responsibilities:

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Manage supplier quality management evaluations to comply with A220 program and regulatory quality requirements using interviews and documentation reviews.
  • Manage supplier aeronautical manufacturing process evaluation requests (special processes) on time and on quality (and on cost if applicable) to ensure compliance with A220 program specifications.
  • Evaluate supplier quality performance and risk.
  • Audit suppliers on aeronautical manufacturing processes (special processes) on-site, virtually, or by desk.
  • Identify supplier risks and collaborate with internal organizations to secure appropriate actions.
  • Ensure all A220 suppliers are monitored in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure supply chain compliance according to current processes, identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Plan supplier control review activities to support the A220 program.
  • Apply and use AIRBUS corporate tools to manage activities related to overall supplier quality management.
  • Contribute to the global transformation of the Purchasing Quality department and be a proactive actor in the development and implementation of the Digital Business Solution.

Your Profile:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in quality, or in engineering in a field related to the manufacturing industry (aeronautics, mechanical, engineering, project management, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Direct working experience with suppliers in the aerospace industry (quality management systems).
  • Relevant experience in supplier auditing for aeronautical manufacturing processes (special processes).
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Nadcap, AS9100, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Project management experience (principles and tools).
  • High level of knowledge of SAP software.
  • Good practical knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Essential bilingualism, both oral and written.
  • Being a member of a recognized professional association in auditing would be an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Airbus Commercial tools and processes would be an asset.
  • Demonstrate leadership, autonomy, flexibility, integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and ethics.
