You will be part of a team responsible for developing BFE equipment in coordination with suppliers and airlines. The team organization is established in such a way as to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as an operational manager for BFE parts will consist of keeping up-to-date the lists of these parts that customers must order directly from suppliers, and then distributing them to the airlines.

Your challenges:
- Customer Relationship and Data Management:

- Analyze data provided by internal departments to identify and correct inconsistencies before transmission to clients.
- Update and communicate BFE parts lists to clients in alignment with part procurement lead times. Confirm to clients the proper receipt of their parts.
- Logistics Coordination and Risk Management:
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to anticipate delivery delay risks and develop mitigation measures.
- Provide support to the logistics team in closing non-conformities.
- Manage escalations from the assembly line related to delivery delays that could directly compromise the production line.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Actively participate in local and transnational improvement projects.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree level (or equivalent) and 3 to 5 years of required experience in the field of logistics.
- Aeronautical Logistics and Supplier Expertise: Mastery of specific aeronautical logistics processes (long cycles, strict quality standards, traceability, etc.).
- Client and Stakeholder Management (Internal/External): Solid experience in managing client expectations, anticipating needs, and proactive communication regarding the status of BFE orders/deliveries. Constant coordination with multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality).
- Analytical Skills and Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze complex data (ERP, dashboards) to extract trends, identify bottlenecks, and propose factual corrective/preventive actions.
- Leadership and Problem Solving Under Pressure: Strong leadership skills to motivate/inspire teams and suppliers. Ability to quickly find creative and effective solutions in crisis situations or tight deadlines, while maintaining quality.
- Negotiation and Strategic Priorities: Excellent negotiation skills to positively influence and have critical BFE deliveries prioritized at suppliers, justifying operational/financial impact to ensure continuity of the A220 production chain.
Travel required: <5% national and international travel.
