We are looking for:

Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/f/d) in full-time

for our location in 29320 Hermannsburg or 26409 Wittmund

Your task:As an accountant or financial accountant (m/f/d), you will play a central role in financial accounting for the German Top Aces program. Your tasks will include in particular:

• Review, posting, and accounting entry of incoming invoices in accounts payable
• Clarification of differences and open items
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings including account reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and the creation of reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Active participation in the further development and automation of accounting processes and in interdepartmental interface topics
• Contact person for suppliers in all billing and payment-relevant matters
• Preparation and submission of tax and statistical reports
• Independent creation of analyses and evaluations
• Support with travel expense accounting

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in financial accounting or auditing
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an international corporate environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, efficient, and independent way of working with a high degree of care and reliability
• Pronounced analytical thinking and a very good understanding of numbers
• Team player and a reliable and committed way of working
• Good English skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage
