We are looking for:

Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/w/d) Full-Time

for our location in 29320 Hermannsburg or 26409 Wittmund

Your tasks: As an accountant or financial accountant (m/w/d), you will play a central role in the financial accounting for the German program of Top Aces. Your tasks will include in particular:

• Reviewing, coding, and accounting for incoming invoices in accounts payable
• Clarifying discrepancies and open items
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings including account reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and the creation of reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Active participation in the further development and automation of accounting processes as well as in cross-departmental interface topics
• Contact person for suppliers in all billing and payment-related questions
• Preparing and submitting tax and statistical reports
• Independently creating analyses and evaluations
• Support with travel expense reports

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in financial accounting or controlling
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an international corporate environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, efficient, and independent way of working with a high degree of diligence and reliability
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a very good understanding of numbers
• Team player and a reliable and committed way of working
• Good English skills, both written and spoken, an advantage
